Into The Woods: Family show at 5th Avenue Theater starts this weekend
A new show for parents and kids starts this weekend on Oct 19th and runs through Nov 10th at the 5th Avenue Theater.
Into The Woods is a family show for both kids and adults, entangling a menagerie of fairy tale characters into one exciting story, revealing what happens after “happily ever after.”
Time Magazine calls it,

I absolutely LOVED Into the Woods as a child! My parents taped the Broadway version off of PBS years ago and it was my sister’s and my favorite thing to watch for years!
If this is the exact same show from my childhood, then the second half gets a little scary, and is very sad, but it is fun to watch. The music is hilarious, and very adult at times, but kids should enjoy the show and not be worried that some things are over their heads.
